As you can from the hyper link below, many have resistors fitted to the bulb for canbus systems, but like many people have said in the forum, you onl...

Re: LED replacement exterior bulbs
I did a google and it appears there isn't a bulb fail warning for the Quashqai. Using canbus bulbs won't affect the operation, I alrdy had canbus bulbs from my Mini Countryman, fitted them to my Quashqai they work perfectly.

Yup. Download was fine. Basically there was a music file of some type playing during the download but there are no music files on the card. Strange.

Poi Uploading sounds (Star Trek)
Hi Guys, So I read a bit about how to upload Points of Interest (POI) into the Sat Nav, download some POI from the "Camping and Caravaning" web site. Insert my memory stick into the USB socket in the Armrest bin and I can hear "Star Trek" sounds as the data is transferring, I hear some stuff about c...

Re: Electronic Parking Brake & Hill Start Assist probelms
I've had 2 mini's and a mini countryman. The hill start assist always operated as far as i could tell. I did a couple of tests on the slightest inclines and noticed the 2 second hold. It does seem a bit of a lottery as to whether the HSA activates or not. Previous Mazda's of mine were much better an...

Gel, I got hold of this Tom guy in the UK and asked him if he could support QQ members that had connection problems and the answer was No !, as you mentioned he said he was b...

Your best / average MPGs
I have a Quahqai 1.6 D Tekna (1 month old) and driving carefully (Got stuck behind a lorry) managed to get 68 mpg. I'm averaging 55 mpg over the last 1000k miles that included towing my folding camper over a 200 mile journey. I'm very pleased with my fuel consumption and wondered what you guys are g...
