Bonnet may cause the alarm to go off. As for the lights it's normally the bulbs have you replaced with correct type.
Start/stop faults normally due to battery on it's last kegs. So get that checked out

Don't waste your time with them emails. Easy to spot as the part of the emaill addy after @ gives it away normally

Clear all codes as you don't know how long they been on car for. Check the batt terminals too make sure the not loose.
