It's all in the manual - attached. However for anyone with a 1.2 engine I'd STRONGLY suggest not doing it yourself because of the widespread failures of this engine - the only hope of a Nissan contribution if something goes wrong (and even then it's not guaranteed) is to have a full Nissan Main Deal...

Check if the socket you're using shuts off about 30-40 seconds AFTER ignition is turned off. Certainly on a J11 the central console one into which I plugged my dashcam turned off. I'm not sure if the situation was changed in the J11B.
