Re: Service today on 3 yr.old QQ.
Don't forget brake fluid is also the clutch fluid on a QQ. We've heard about the affects on brakes (sponginess), but not sure what it would do to the clutch.

Re: Malfunction Forward Collision?
The way they test it on tracks is apparently using balloons or a sheet. A friend of mine did a VW track day, and they demonstrated this and drove at a pile of balloons full speed and it stopped every time. When my friend got his go, he drove straight through the balloons without stopping. The instr...

Re: Malfunction Forward Collision?
Mine is definitely turned on - an hour ago it stopped me ramming an old Peugeot with no brake lights. On the dash, during normal driving, the symbol shows in white. therefore white = active Interested to know, did it stop you due to beeping at you, or did you get so far as to have it stop the car f...

Drive towards a stationary car and don't brake till the last second, and see if it starts beeping at you.

Having said that, my very first Nissan (a primera about 20 years ago), I got a massive stone chip in the windscreen in the 10 minute drive home from th...

Re: slight rattle noise when reversing
Does that sound like it is coming from inside the cabin/dashboard, rather than the engine compartment, as that is where mine appears to be coming from.
But why would that only happen in reverse?

Re: Traction control, engine managment light
I thought it was £108 one off fee for a diagnostic check at Nissan, not £108 per hour ?
