Had car serviced yesterday one year old, complained about dab dropping out which they have sorted by updating software to D203 which they say is the latest version. Seems to have worked as no drop outs since. UK based. Thought you would like to know

I had a j10 11plate which was definitely Arctic White, there was only 1 white so yours must be the same. Got touch up from Nissan which matched perfect

I got mine from the scratch doctor, 3 part kit all for £8.50. Works fine

Sorry just been to check and to remove the presets follow as below
Radio on
Press setup on connect then press navigation then guidance and map settings scroll to show presets on map then change to on or off
Phew I'm exhausted now

They are indeed the radio preset buttons, from memory their are 12, 2 banks of 6 and you can hide them through the audio settings on connect. ?Y‘?
