Replace the panel.
If the light stays on - it’s a trip to the dealer.
If the light goes off - it’s still a trip to the dealer.

I imagine in the safety conscious world we live in that you may have triggered an anti-fiddle fault

I agree with hootintootin - the car will inform you that the speed limit has changed but it requires you to adjust your speed.

Put the old bulb back.
Put a new fuse in.
Try again.

The way Nissan conduct their upgrades, I sincerely doubt it would fit easily.

Personally, I’d have a windscreen fitter remove the screen, clean, prep and refit with a new seal.
