Re: Climate control - A/C - heater blower resistor - power transistor unit - issue
I haven't a clue what's happening with the recirc. button. andy2019 said: " It may be a faulty recirculation button. Does it work ok if you not got auto pressed on. ? " The video shows the AC off and pressing the recirc. button turns the AC on - which I don't think should happen. You shoul...

Re: Climate control - A/C - heater blower resistor - power transistor unit - issue
" So first thing is when the climate control is set to 16°c its blowing out warm air rather than the cool air you would expect at 16°c, when i put it down to LO it goes cold fine ." That's perfectly normal. The car has climate not AC. The temperature control doesn't set the temperature of ...

Re: Drivers side seat
Welcome to this forum.
I don't know what the piece in question is but are you seriously thinking of buying a new seat?
Have you asked a dealer for the part?
Does it have a part no on it?
Best bet is probably a scrapyard.

Re: Battery, CVT and service questions
I'd have thought CVT is more dependent on mileage which you haven't given.

Re: Battery, CVT and service questions
Batteries often have a warranty on them. I'd have thought for at least three years?
My present Ignis's battery is nearly six years old despite having stop/start.

Re: 12 year Perforation from Corrosion warranty
The drain holes are clearly fine. Looks like a case of physical damage to the edge not "perforation".

Fourth generation Qashqai? - or Third generation revamp?
I can't find any mention of this on the forum. I originally thought Fourth Gen. but it's too soon after the launch of the Third Gen. so this much be the latter. The bonnet shape would appear to confirm it. Seems to have lost the chrome "V" grille element Do I see headlights awkwardly locat...
