About window glasses
The windows are always the same make / type. I see you bought second hand car, ask previous owner for a reason. What a pity you haven't realised this before you paid for the car, as this is one of the best negotiation points!

Problems
The whole story that started by engine hiccups, following by CVT issues (RPM oscillates) and now DPF issues, is in my opinion related to one common root problem. I guess there is a problem with ECM as ECM takes care of all these above mentioned. At the end, it proved problem unsolved if CVT replaced.

Battery flat>recharged>can't start the car up
Close all doors (don't lock) disconnect the battery completely and wait for about 15 min. Connect the battery again and it should work.

whooping noise
I had 1.5 dCi 07 plate and it produced the same noise as yours. Once the engine got warm, the noise was gone.

FAQ: Folding Wing Mirrors
Doesn't matter whether you lock the car with the key fob or by pressing the lock button on the door. It uses the same trigger (CAR LOCK signal). duncho2014-12-12 08:16:43

That's exactly the same antenna I had installed on my car. Good to see that they already inform customers about DAB not supported.

Headlamp Upgrade .J11 Not HID
None of MOTs neither police have ability to measure luminescence of the headlight beams, also nobody ever will check this and 55W bulbs are not the only road legal ones. Truck headlights use 65/70W bulbs (+/-W if I'm wrong)
