Its about the lens pattern (targeted light dispersal). Check the headlamps and note the fixed lens with the plastic body. Not changeable.

Its a complete new lamp body for LHD AFAIK and extremely expensive.

So can you pull off in 1st separately using Battery or Engine drive. Or is it fixed in one or the other? . The car starts moving using the engine. There isn’t an electric motor so battery only supplies power to the starter motor under extreme acceleration, presumably this adds some oomff - I guess ...
