No radio code for that vintage; if battery is same capacity etc as original car's BCM won't need reprogramming to ensure it charges properly.

If you search for "battery issues" on forum, lots of posts.
As you presumably still had free Nissan/RAC cover, you should have got RAC out.
They've replaced hundreds of dodgy batteries, and there's no charge.

Scotty Kilmer doesn't recommend China made 02 sensors incidentally. Many no name 02 sensors
are nowhere near the quality of an OEM sensor.
