Thanks calnorth, it's supported as I can connect via the USB cable, maybe it's the BlueTooth connection which is not supported.

Silly question but do you have BlueTooth enabled on your phone? If so, is your phone able to detect and connect to other BlueTooth devices? If so then the BlueTooth on the car is the issue (unlikely as your previous phone connected fine), if not then it's the phone.
