I have a 2015 Qashqai with the same problem. First it went in for a program update, this was unsucessful. I had not even got home and the whole thing reset itself. The 2nd time it went in I had to leave my car with them, Nissan agreed there was a problem and I would be looking at a replacement bill...

First off, I noticed SATNAV is way out of date, 2010, never been updated. Nissan price for Nissan Connect 1 SD card is a ridiculous over £100!. Seen around £44ish ebay. Anyone have experience of this or is it a scam to avoid?
