Auto parts dipping mirror
Swmbo pointed out the rear view mirror in our 2016/tekna appears dark all the time, I’m sure it wasn’t the case previously but she’s correct if it’s switched “on” it remains dark as in dimmed even in daylight but turn it “off” and it lightens up....

My 2016 xtronic diesel tekna a similar with heavy steering in normal mode and even heavier in sport. Offsprings have a seat Leon fr diesel estate, a Skoda Octavia 245 vrs estate and a Peugeot 308 diesel all of which are lighter. Loaded up my 2016 35k tekna xtronic to take cardboard for recycling and nada . No power, dash dancing like the proverbial Xmas tree lights, checked batt volts... 7.93 wtf! Sounds as if the catch is not fully engaging at the base of the tailgate opening there is a U shaped clamp bolted to the body into which the ‘door’ catch on the tail gate itself latches. If there is a fault with the ‘ door open’ sensor iirc the culprit will lie with the tailgate lstch

Yeah ageeed re brightness not surprising when you realise the originals have iirc 1 led at each end of the light bar whereas the replacem3nts have a lot more

What about the consumer rights act 2015 if you’ve not had it 6 months. I’ve just used it to have my daughters Peugeot 308 front suspension repaired foc after Evans halshaw declined a warranty claim (warranty purchased from them) .

2016 regens regularly but no dpf fault light is displayed. Had a company astra1.7 ftom new that travelled at least 60 motorway miles a day and usually 150 and the dpf light regularly appeared and w3nt after a motorway thrash

Iirc there is a sensor at the front near the bonnet which others have realigned ie turned round to stop SS kicking in, have you done a forum search to see if I’m correct or completely off my tree?
