Google a specialist air con for your area. The factory fitted condensers are crap. I live in the Bristol area, no help for you , and I used a specialist. They are usually very knowledgeable and usually fit a decent condenser

If I try to lock the car as soon as the door closes I get the beeps, also when I leave the car other than in park (auto box) I get the beeps. It must be some safety measure in the locking system. as above, leave the car a couple of seconds before locking and all should be fine.
