As far as I know it is the turbo. Slight wistling noise and when you let go the accelerator you hear a woosh (blow of valve).

Im not sure if the tpms need to be recalibrated with new tyres. I have 2 sets of tyres (winter and summer) when changed they automatically appear on screen. Only maybe reset. If not damaged no need new sensors. I switch tyres from front to back every year and it does not give problems. System seems ...

10 miles is a quite short trip, so maybe it does not have chance to charge enough especially when start stop is used.
Maybe a drip charger one a week does the trick..

There is a list in your owners manual with all bulbs used in your qashqai. It seems its also market depending which bulbs you have to use.
On the Dutch manual its on page 8-29.
