Here a picture of a roque sport and a qashqai.
Defenatly there is a difference in the light assembly. And the RS seems to have bulbs and QQ leds besides the turn,fog and backup lights (which are bulbs)

You can see it when you look on the windshield when you look from outside.

Just read on the Dutch forum that it could be from the rear axel/torsion axel...
That happend on a qq of 4 years old with 50000 km on it.
