I had this problem before my warranty ran out. I assumed it was just the bulb but Dealers replace the whole unit -twice- saying the bulbs we're unobtainable! Seems it's quicker and easier to change the whole thing.

Why would there be a need for them? Reflectors means that with no light on or around they reflect light that 'hits' it ?

Have you had the condenser changed under warranty. Mine was because the originals couldn't cope with the new gas.
