Its certainly not normal. The pedal should travel freely and smoothly down and on return upward. It needs an inspection around the pedal mechanism and its connection with the clutch master cylinder. Do they both operate freely?

If you suspect a faulty sensor and can prove it...change it. Ensure timing after component change is set correctly of course.

Fort the R9M Diesel engine (most common I think) the DTCs are:

IAT 1 MAF Intake Sensor - DTC P0110
IAT 2 Turbo Intake Sensor - DTC P0095

There are approx 20 errors (DTCs) related to two of the faults reported. Forward Emergency Braking is difficult to diagnose since it uses a radar detector rather than front camera (as with LDW and TSR). However, they all could be related?
