I don't think so. If the AV head unit has the Nav SD Card (top right) that means the unit is extremely limited. If it did have voice command I'd expect to see it in the setup menus.

The system for lock/unlock is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM) and communication to the Key Fob...plus door sensors. Both doors failing unlock is unlikely actuator problems. Its a car security issue, so its difficult to diagnose and would need a dealers help to test and diagnose all parts...

The Battery is always an issue with the amount of electronics on this car. Stop/Start is usually the initial error and thus disabled on fasult(s). Fix the tyre pressure sensor first. Thats an MOT failure along with the ABS error. It might clear the Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) + ABS warning in the Speedo.

I'll repeat a post (@gloucester) above...have you tried your spare Key Fob...if you have one?

Starting with the Key Fob against the START button indicates a Key Fob problem...or the pick up from the START button which is a antenna similar to that on the door handles.
