Mari, you might be able to call it a fault but I doubt it will work with the Dealer. FYI we had our Connect System replaced under Guarantee last year and the said price was €4500 Whoops ! - Dave :)

Mari, I think you should ban the Windolene and read this, do not forget the Screen is Flexible not glass.
