Re: Send to car
I looked into this one a while back. I was told that you can't delete the addresses - the list grows to 50 entries and then starts knocking off the eldest ones. At the time I thought this might be a problem but as I only use the list once (and keep as a favourite if I think I'll be using the locatio...

Re: USB port broken :-(
The USB port should be designed to allow for several entries & removals several times a day for many years IMO :) I agree, it SHOULD. However the original spec for USB ports was for quick attachment of printers and computer peripherals with as many as 10 plug/unplug cycles in a lifetime! They w...

Re: Stop/Start System Failure.
We had our first stop/start system failure at the weekend. By chance happened to be within 10 miles of the dealer so took it in. Not that interested, claimed it doesn't have anything to do with the battery and if I wanted to pursue it I'd have to book it in for a diagnostic session. As it (so far) h...

Re: Running boards
Could I just say that as someone who is envious of anyone who can speak more than one language, I'd never criticise anyone for grammar or spelling especially if it wasn't in their first language. However, if someone is trying to get their point across then breaking the post down into easily readable...

Re: Do the QQ Apps stop working after two years
I've still got 6 months to go but out of interest is that a free "renew" or if not how much are they asking?duncho wrote:Login to https://gb.nissanconnect.eu/ and click renew.
(free is about what I think it's worth at the moment - and even then if it doesn't involve too many clicks! )

Re: buyanewcaronline
Show the dealer the printouts - they can only say yes or no. Then decide how much extra work you're prepared to do for the saving. For me, I'd decided that anywhere approaching a grand in saving was worth a trip of a couple of hundred miles radius. Anything less I'd stay home and buy local.

Re: Tekna help
How do you activate this new feature? On our previous car, the sat nav would always tell me what type of instruction was next in the queue e.g. "roundabout in 10 miles" or "left turn in 3 miles" (all by icons, not spoken!) - same with a TomTom With the QQ I can only get the dista...
