Thanks for the input guys. @DaveBerlin, I was used to the Acenta's Graphite Cloth Trim and have always disliked sports seats including those of the N-Connecta.

I'm guessing swapping in an Accenta/Visia seat is possible (if a little mad)?

I've got the new QQ N-Connecta and the driver seat seems less comfortable than the older model. Any reason why? Did they change them that much?

When you say rattle, is it more of a flappy (or might I even say flatulent) kind of noise? I think I might have the same issue. Is it just a characteristic of the engine or is there something wrong?

I think I have the same issue at 2-3k revs. When you say roar, do you mean a flapping (almost flatulent) noise?

I have the same issue with the 1.2 petrol 2017. You described the noise perfectly! I'm wondering if it's just a characteristic of this engine or if something is genuinely wrong. There is an oil loss issue that's well documented on this forum but I've not had the car long enough to see if it's that. ...

Thanks, was this covered under warranty? Did it totally fix the tapping?
