Re: Front Brake Pads - Sensors?

Just searched a bit more. I found this response:

"You don't need any pc software to pull pistons back. Just take off the brake motor from caliber and turn motor coupling with t40 torx CCW. This will back up mechanism. Now you can use the old-style press to press the piston back in."

Re: Front Brake Pads - Sensors?

Thanks. After some more in depth Google research, I've gone ahead and ordered some ATE branded ones.

Front Brake Pads - Sensors?

Morning all. Had my 2016 QQ in for its interval (oil change) service. They had two advisories, one being rear tyres (no problem there). The other was that the front brake pads were approximately 80% worn. I picked the vehicle up at 15k on the clock, I've done 35k since so I'm not disputing that they...

Erm, ignore for now! Cleaned cameras and sensors, restarted system and it seems to have gone!

System fault with rear sensors?

Any idea what this could be? It's come on a few times now but seems persistent now. Image

Re: Screen Replacement

Cheers all. I'll call them again tomorrow and see what they say. I'll send them a photo on Twitter if I get no joy!

Re: Screen Replacement

Where do you live contact auto glass head office. They could be telling you that because they don’t want to do it where you live Northampton. It's been hard work. They only have limited areas they can do the work. I'm waiting for them to call me back once the item is in stock and I've opted to driv...

Re: Screen Replacement

Really struggling to get Autoglass to fit me a new windscreen. They're quoting a shortage in glass for the Qashqai plus some trim for the window as I have Panoramic roof. It's been several weeks now and the crack has expanded to across 50% of windscreen now.

Re: Smart Key Programming

Spoke to dealership this morning, it's only £45 to get the key coded. So nowhere near £300+ lol
