I’d be tempted to increase the pressure in each tyre to the expected levels, take a drive and see what happens.

You might be wise to look for a similar age n-connecta (maybe ?) but a car with with 18 inch wheels and take a test drive. It's possible that there’s no perceived improvement.

Sounds like you need to get back to the dealer.

If I press the Map button I immediately see a map.
If I enter a destination and set the navigation in progress I then see the extra map in the centre of the Speedo/rev counter
