I'd have to say I've occasionally turned the manual speed limiter on and found it to be pretty pointless. Might as well just use cruise control. The problem with cruise control is in speed limited areas it will try to keep you at your selected speed. As soon as you brake because traffic slows down ...

Hi, the bit I have marked is not present on my car. I assume it was removed when I had the towbar fitted

I think I have solved it now , have jacked up on the lower suspension arm and then placed axle stands in the correct jack point...

I want to place an axle stand where the yellow arrows are. Where do I jack up to achieve this?
