Qashqai Model: Mk.2 Qashqai Facelift - J11b (2017–2021)

I have a 7 month old Qashqui and the clutch has just gone

Now the manager at our Plymouth branch has blamed my driving style !!!
Having driven for 30 years this is the first clutch that has ever gone. !
I have had to pay £1400 to have this fixed
The Vosper Nissan dealership where rude and basically blamed my driving style all the way.

Any thoughts on how I can complain and take this this further

Welcome to this forum.

No - but my father had the same problem with Peugeot - had to pay...

I suppose you could ask for the replaced part and then get it sent away for analysis by an expert.

Probably a bit late if you've already paid £1400, but if you go to an independent it would be about £400-500 to get the clutch+slave cylinder replaced.
I got a couple of quotes after I was quoted around £1700 from Nissan due to my heavy clutch.

Non-Nissan parts, but as Nissan parts are clearly not up to it I don't care about that.
