Globe base type on bi-led models?

Hi there, I may have to replace a low beam on my J10, which has factory bi-led but in my Hayne's it either has references to halogens or xenon type bulbs. Can anyone tell me (a) what globe type the LED globes are e.g. H7 (b) if I just use globes bought retail e.g. Philips Ultinon LED etc or if they are a proprietary Nissan module; and (D) if they are even user-serviceable?
