This part the Rear Wing for the QQ > 12/2006 manufactured by CSR Automotive appears to be a German Product manufactured in Munich, Germany. There is also the mention of the TÜV which is a Safety Approval System of the part and manufacturing site. The product seems to be Old and not available in most websites and also made from GFK which is a Glass Fibre Product.
