2008 to 2012 front end conversion

Hi folks ,
I have a 2008 qashqai (Dualis in Australia) .
I m abt to do front end conversion to 2010-2014 facelift version .
My question is do I have to change the bonnet as well . They look the same .
I am changing both fenders , headlights, front bumper complete with grills.
For rear only tail lights
If anyone has done it plz advise .

Imense, welcome to the QQ Forum from Berlin. You seem to have a very interesting Project here and I wish you the Best of Luck. I would assume you have some DIY / Mechanical Skills to approach this modification as to me this is a pretty major Front Modification and I would assume needs some deep investigation, possibly drawings are needed with regards to screw positions or even Snap In’s Information for Body Parts.
Now IMHO the Bonnets of both Models are not “Identical” especially if you look at “Nissan Dualis” Pics from AU. The 2008 / 2012 are different in the areas of the Front Main Lights / Front Grill Areas & possibly the Bonnet Sides from the Windscreen Area Down.

Imense, this is just my opinion I could well be wrong but Good Luck if it goes ahead, an Interesting Project - Dave

I remember the front fenders changing, and I know the +2s were are different car from the front screen back, but I can't remember the bonnet change, hey ho must be old age. Ha

No - looking at those larger images the front of the bonnet is completely different - look how on one the grille edge slopes outwards as it goes down whereas on the other it slopes inwards.

Well I am glad you agree the Bonnets are different and that was without glasses , the differences I did try to point out with the colored marking but heyhoo ! - Dave

That fender mirror probably indicates it's a Japanese import.
