Misfire at 1750 1.5cdi

seem to have developed a mis or stumble when passing through 1750 which does not clear until the turbo comes in at 2000 then its fine...not investigated yet ...fuel ..must be its a diesel ?? camshaft sensor? fuel pressure sensor ?? anyone had any similar issues ...28k 1.5 diesel

Well I have got this one sorted ....back to basics....the air filter (at 28k) was so blocked it had gone concave...when the turbo came in it sucked it in so much it broke the edge seals and the engine got air ..up to 2000 bad stumble and no acceleration...
Never known this in 40 years in the motor trade but I suppose the filter in old terms is undersized or only rated to last xx miles ...so from now on its service and new filter each time..
PS ..I tracked this down to the people who sold me the car at 18000 did not change the air filter as specified for the pre delivery service..........pistnbroke2013-09-13 13:09:23
