Armrest box cable with power?

Hi, is there any idea whether any 12V power in this cable (red circle)?
Where is that plug and on what model Qashqai is it on ?
It more than likely will carry a live feed but when it is live would depend on why the plug is there in the first place
If it is located under the centre console box where the 12 volt power supply is located then it may be the lead where this plugs into if you add them
