hi all

any help appreciated.
i have a tekna 1.5 diesel. the touch screen comes on but when i touch the screen it does nothing. i can operate manually(controls) but touch is not working. i went into the hidden options screen as you tube explained and reset factory defaults to no avail. left overnight and it started working again. went to work, popped out at dinner and its not working again.

Woozer, you can ask on the Forum for advice but you have a new QQ with a Guarantee, I would recommend that you let your Dealer take a look and sort it out. We had problems with our J11A System and eventually it was replaced under Guarantee - Dave
