Central locking not working by the fob

The central looking isn't working by the fob on my 2011 Qashqai+2 2.0dci Acenta. Have checked batteries on both keys they are fine took keys to a locksmith in the town and they have checked the keys they are sending the signal to the car. I can use the central looking button on the centre console to lock the car but would like to get to the bottom of the issue can anybody help please???
