2007 qashqai rattle

Hi guys, I am new to this site and have tried to have a look around for similar posts with no luck,

I have a 2007 Nissan qashqai which has recently started making a rattling sound from the rear, and it is only heard when the windows are down, not when they are closed.

I have taken it to 3 different mechanics now who cannot seem to find any faults,

The noise comes when driving over an uneven road surface or some humps/bumps and potholes.

I have attached a video of the sounds below, please try and listen past the wind.

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

I couldn't hear past the wind. Maybe you could place your phone under the spare wheel beneath the floor carpet. Mechanics would have checked the obvious stuff like brakes, suspension and exhaust but probably not necessarily body components like side door mouldings, roof racks, fuel door hubcaps etc.

Hi BlackPearl did you ever solve this mystery, I have a 2014 model and am being subjected to the same tinny rattle from the rear nearside, ive checked the heat shield as thats the sort of noise that it is....cheers...Jon

Roof linings have been known to make noise. Have a rear seat passenger apply upwards force when driving along to see if its applicable here.
