Why do cars have to get bigger all the time?

Length: 4,425mm (+35mm bigger than 2nd-gen Qashqai)

Width: 1,838mm (+32mm)

Height: 1,635mm (+10mm)

Wheelbase: 2,666mm (+20mm)

... but if you compare to the 2007 Qashqai:

Length: 4,425mm (+104mm bigger than 1st-gen Qashqai)

Width: 1,838mm (+57mm)

Height: 1,635mm (+14mm)

Wheelbase: 2,666mm (+37mm)

Order books open today for the All-New Nissan Qashqai, with first customers being offered a special launch version called the Premiere Edition.
Interestingly it comes on 18" wheels - you'd have expected the launch edition on the 20" ones, no?

Looks like I was wrong Dave Scanned the vids and pictures and think I see the button for folding mirrors Think they have done a good job on updating it and lots of tech. Would you be tempted?

DD41, I have been tempted for some time and spoke to our Sales Guy today awaiting the exact Facts. When you look at the posting already it gets very confusing. A good beer, feet up and a detailed read is needed. The Spec before was interesting but seeing the QQ in the videos today makes it more interesting and the 20” Wheels do make it look a bit more should I say “Muscular / Beefy”.
