I’ve picked up a QQ today and as I was parking I noticed the following light come on in the speedometer.

I’ve downloaded the Nissan Drivers app but the description doesn’t make much sense to me.

If anybody could advise me what the symbol means I would appreciate it.

Do you mean the "System warning" ?

If so, in my humble opinion, you should get straight back to the dealer.
If you have a fiddle you could invalidate your warranty.

Yes, the system warning.

Do you know what it means?

Sorry, I can’t help, I have never seen that warning.
As with my first reply I think that you would be best speaking to the dealer - I hope it’s a Nissan dealer

Thanks for your suggestions. I will take it to the dealership on Saturday and it is a Nissan one.

Dave, the suggestion is for a different system warning, you think it may work for this problem? I live in the north of Scotland so I don’t think we get much heat up here 🤣. The internal temperature of the car mustn’t have gotten above 22 but I will try.

It hasn't come back on so unsure why it came on.

Looks like Collision detection - One car ramming the other symbol, which also shows the System Fault for Forward Emergency Braking (FEB). Could be an ABS problem?

52. [Not Available Front Radar Obstruction] warning (where fitted)
If the sensor area of the front bumper is covered
with dirt or obstructed, making it impossible to de-
tect a vehicle ahead, the forward emergency brak-
ing system is automatically turned off. The forward
emergency braking system warning light (orange)
and the forward collision warning light (orange) will
illuminate and the [Not Available Front Radar Ob-
struction] warning message will appear in the ve-
hicle information display. If the [Not Available Front
Radar Obstruction] warning message appears, park
the vehicle in a safe location and turn the engine off.
Check to see if the sensor area of the front bumper
is blocked. If the sensor area of the front bumper is
blocked, remove the blocking material. Restart the
engine. If the warning light continues to illuminate,
have the forward emergency braking system
checked by a NISSAN dealer or qualified workshop.

YYY, I checked this again and on the Nissan QQ J11 Info’ this Warning is not shown, only on the J11B version. This does not look to me like a car ramming Problem. According to Nissan this is a temperature problem as stated above, it must be worth a trip to the Dealer to ask and clear the point up - Dave 😏

So...was the cabin temp noticeably too high? Not mentioned by YYY.

There is a clear collision warning in the Speedo display which may cover many "dangerous" driving situations.

Welcome to this forum.

I'd agree with Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) problem - pages 2-23 and 2-27

Somewhat perplexing maybe a calibration issue?
