Hi
I too am unable to switch to reverse gear.The showroom did not find the fault either.Only way out is to push the car backwards when in tight situations.Will be giving it to the garage for third time now hoping to fix this intermittent issue ,Will get back here if fixed with solution
Cannot get reverse!!
