Has anyone extended the warranty on their new QQs at all?
My. Dealership are very confused about this one as when I asked they said (after looking it up) that it costs £380. However when I pointed out that it's actually £259 in the brochure it's thrown them....
Still waiting a call back about this.
One thing that puzzles me about car dealers is they never ever call back once the deals s such is done. Pester you like anything pre sale...customer service is a course they could all do with...
Maybe we should make a course them, whose in?
Extended Warranty
It is really pointless
to try making it better. I went myself to Nissan dealer here where I live and
honestly I feel rather unwelcome there. All what I wanted is to really drive
new QQ so I have never bothered about their attitude but if I was going to to
own it instead of leasing then that would be different case. And yes, they
never call me with question if l like it or I want to buy it etc. Really
strange.
In their defence I
have deal many times with Mercedes in the past and do and is the same story or
even worst.

I have to speak as I find and my nearest dealership is absolute rubbish so Ive always dealt with one thats about 5 miles further from home and the difference in the two is amazing.
They ring me regularly to keep me informed and every time I ring them they always ring me back. Looks like Ive dropped on a good one

I agree with Marianda. I've had very different experiences with the same manufacturers dealers. The closet Merc dealer to me is rubbish, so bad in fact I wrote to Mercedes complaining about them. One slightly further away is excellent, couldn't be more helpful.
