First, welcome to the forum
I had a young mechanic I know install Nightbreakers in my first Qashqai.
I don’t recall which type but it was in 2017, so they may be different now anyway.
I kept the car for slightly less than three years and the Nightbreakers were still working perfectly.

Welcome to the forum. It's been quite a few years since I've had Nightbreakers - last two cars have been full LED. I don't recall different "flavours" back then but they seemed fine for longevity.
In fact checking I bought Nightbreaker Plus in both 2010 and 2014 - but that might not have been for the same car.
