Is there other options for adding poi safety cameras other than the Nissan yearly subscription costing 25 quid?
So what are the options for safety camera database

I thought we got this free for 2 years or is the safety camera POI something different that I will have to pay for?

Doesn't worry me, I turn the warning feature off on my phone satnav. in some countries (France and others?), I think I've read that it's illegal to use this. So that may be a factor. If you stick to the posted limit it's not a problem.

The Sat Nav definitely doesn't have Camera warnings. Someone posted in an earlier thread that you could add them along with instructions of how to do that.I think a 3rd party provider was involved and a cost.

Yeah I just did a search for it to add the link and couldn't find it.Someone was saying that for £24.99 you can get it from Nissan..but I'm sure someone else added it from another site for something like £15.

I use Pocket GPS which has an excellent database and updates weekly. I think it's about £19 per year and you download to a usb stick and plug into the car which then uploads to the Connect. If you have a smartphone you can download their App at no extra charge and use your phone to run alerts in the car. This will update direct to the phone and works well on my Galaxy S3. I use a phone holder on the screen and keep the phone in this.
