LED replacement exterior bulbs

indeed the T20 are the ones, I got some coming from China.

I also found today after my trim tools came that the damn reversing lights are these bulbs also. it seems putting a reg number into any bulb site now just brings up nonsense. kinda grates my balls a bit that i need to take this all apart to find the correct bulbs

"W" prefix means "wedge" type bulb.

Sometimes it's best to check the bulbs first as even Nissan's own info isn't always up to date!

all on order, i must say the rear indicators are a big improvement

The front and rear indicators are the same - are they not?

Alas they are not.

The rear indicators are offset bayonet.
The reverse lights are wedge
The front indicators are also wedge

So Hound's table is wrong for both front and rear indicators - since the fronts are WY21W aren't they?

The "WY" means offset bayonet base where as straight "W" means wedge T20 type base. however if you search for qashqai bulbs on the interwebs, you get all the wrong results

That's why I said check the car itself and don't take Nissan's own info as gospel! (it's from the service manual, hey ho)

ha! its all very well if you now know what the bulb actually is. however, if you want to find the bulb and search for "qashqai bulbs" then put your reg into say ABD, the results are incorrect.
