I had trouble "refinding" a picture of that switch - I saw it elsewhere but couldn't trace the picture today. It's only on manuals but doesn't seem to occur on all manuals.

I may have got this completely wrong but having just read the specification of the new facelifted Nissan Qashqai Tekna, I think it is a bit of a rip off because the panoramic sun roof and all leather seating are no longer standard as they are with the current model. The panoramic sun roof is an optional extra while the all leather seating is not even an option unless you fork out for a Tekna+. Sorry Nissan but I'm not parting with £30K for a Qashqai and will probably hold out until 2018 when the Volvo XC40 or the Jaguar E Pace become available at a lower price.
No doubt if I have misread the new spec, someone will put me right.

My 16 plate Tekna has a panoroof as standard, but its an export / import that never left the country. The car does not have DAB or the quick clear screen, comes standard with spare wheel though. So maybe it depends on the market for the car.

Came as standard when I bought mine, but subsequently became an option for around 400 squids I recall.

It looks like time needs to be spent checking out the Std items and the Options as these appear to be as before individual or "Packet" costs. But it looks like the Tekna + has it all whilst the others need calculating, as individual options normally cost more than the so called "Packets - Dave ;)

Our "equivalent" model (Australia)to your "Tekna" is the "TI"where the glass roof is still a standard feature,by removing it from this particular variant & making it an "option" puts more money back into Nissans back pocket.Cheers:):)

Sorry People,
I should have said that when I purchased my Qashqai back in 2014 both the panoramic sun roof and all leather seats came as standard so my beef is that Nissan have lowered the spec of the Tekna and now offering these as standard for the Tekna+ for which potential customers have to pay a premium. Shame on you Nissan imho (but then again I doubt whether customer views count for much anyway with Nissan HQ).

You have most likely all seen the Nissan Web but here is the confirmation of the positioning of the Bose Sound System - Dave ;)
