Good evening all. I'm thinking of buying a 2010 Acenta. Just wondering what the ride quality is on back lanes etc with 2 adults and 2 teenagers on board. I've got an 08 civic diesel at the moment and as the kids get older and heavier the car is turning into a boat. The reviews on the Qashqai sound good on the ride quality but wanted the views of real owners.
Many thanks
Geraint

Check if its multi link suspension or torsion bar on the rear axle. Mines a torsion bar and the ride is quite firm. No problems on twisty country lanes, though potholes and speed bumps are more noticeable. Ive not driven a multi link but im told the ride is softer with a little more noticeable roll.

As I understand it, multi link is used on 4x4 versions, and mine is very comfortable even when well loaded. :)
