Creaking Sound

Hello all, just picked up my 2011 N-Tec 1.6 Petrol 3 days ago and I'm loving it but I just noticed today that when I reverse and put the wheel lock fully left, there is a creaking sound. Bit worrying. The car has 6 months warranty. Anybody have any ideas what it might be? Otherwise it's driving great.
If I lock it right there is no sound. Hate to have to take it back so soon. Also, is it easy to replace the rear tail lamp. A piece of it is cracked. Cheers.

Cheers Mike, but this thread seems to refer to a sound coming from the steering wheel and in fact there is a link to a youtube video so it's not the same sound or indeed coming from the steering wheel.
