Child lock problem.

I have a child in a car seat in the rear passenger side.
The rear passenger door child lock has been playing up.
I thought I had been accidentally turning it off by brushing against it when getting him in/out.
However on investigation it seems it is "sprung" as if its natural position is off and the slightest touch pops it onto the off position. I assume this has been happening during normal driving whilst going over a speed hump e.t.c.
A few times the little one has pulled on the door handle whilst Im driving and up pops a warning on my dash about an open door even though Im positive I had it set to child lock. I go take a look and sure enough its turned itself off again.

Any tips or anyone else noticed a similar problem?
Im going down to nissan to let em have a look.

QQ1234, I would not even bother asking what the reason is on here, just get down to your Nissan Dealer. If it is a Safety Issue as it appears to be with the Warning coming on and it involves a possible mishap with a Child then it needs fixing as a priority before something drastic happens - Dave
