Chrome front lip...for £3 ?!

Anyone found anything yet to protect the boot?I've seen the chrome "plates" that cover the boot lip to stop the dog scratching it as it jumps in and out, but only genuine ones which are pricey.

Tekna CVT 1.6 Magnetic Red - born 4/4/14 P/X 25/10/2015 for £19k with 12,000 on the clock - great car but time to change. No problems whatsoever in those 18 month's.

Seen carbon fibre effect self adhesive strip on E BAY for £ 11 ,if this helps

Thanks Foxy...I saw some of those too. Not sure they look that nice...I was hoping for chrome/steel affect and something a bit more Qashqai esq

Yeah don't think they would stand up to much wear n tear as only a textured film, but perhaps better than nothing

They don't look particularly strong to me either. I think it's the kind of thing that would look nice for a few weeks then start to look for tatty, very quickly.

Im looking at door sill transferswhere kids get in /out rar on the door seal im noticing marks they wipe off but clearly shoes are rubbing both sides enliteraly on the dog leg (no idea how why the marks are so highA transfer style something thats removable when scruffy might save that area if anyone seen any and to keep on topic

How is the £3 lip getting on after about a week?

Im looking to do the same, can you see the join inbetween the 2 strips?
