Has anyone sorted this out yet? Does anyone know where you can get the wiring diagram for the steering wheel controls?

How did you guys managed the airbag plugs? New model has dual stage airbag(yellow and red plugs) and old has only one stage(yellow)?

Can't help on that mine only has yellow o on it Terr
Just need to sort the plug out control's are different
On j11b to the old j11a the wheel fits fine the control's on it.

In my car i have only yellow, when im looking new model airbags they have double plugs. Is yours Mk2?

It would appear that there is indeed something missing from the bottom of the airbag.
Not the end of the world, as I suspect padding under the top will give sufficient space to stop the horn being constantly on.

Still looking for a wiring diagram if anyone finds 1

Yeah there is a plastic clip on the bottom could do with a diagram to.

How was your airbag wiring? does the new bag have two wires or one?

hmm, now i started thinking could i only swap the insides of the old style airbag to new housing?

I just have 1 wire for airbag yellow. Definitely need wiring diagram has there are a few buttons different
