Sorry to resurrect this thread! Did you get any joy from the dealer on this? Just picked up our 2018 QQ and have a similar problem. Passenger seat warms up and stays warm for a long time without a noticeable drop. Drivers seat warms up for about 5 minutes then seems to cut out altogether. The light is still on the switch though.

If you have the QQ J11B then you are obviously still have a Guarantee, my first point of call would be the Dealer as he has your money and should offer the Service + Correction of the Faults. This is the QQ J11A write up and the last comment is contact the Dealer - Give it a Try Dave
