I owe a qashqai 2014. All of a sudden the tail light of the passengers side stopped working. I went to the electrition but he cannot solve the problem. For some reason he cannot find the first box where this particular fuse is. Does anyone know where can I find this fuse? And if not the fuse what kind of problems there might be? Thanks for your help.

Look in your owners manual for location of 2 fuse boxes, or pop into a dealer.
You need to find a more competent auto electrician!

Try behind the drivers side dashboard end panel.

Checked all the fuses in there and all of them are good. Don't know what to do 🤔🤔

I have the exact same issue. The Nissan garage suggests removing the dashboard to find a broken wire (cost £800 minimum. So, i am looking to you, my fellow Qashqai owners, for a solution. 🙏

Lead a wire under the boot from the working tail light to the non working? Had to do that once myself on a Vitara. It worked.

Fuse box diagram J11:

However if only one taillight isn't working, I'd have thought it must be wiring related not the fuse - you wouldn't normally have these lights separately fused. Has the taillight itself been tested to confirm it's operational?

Thrall's suggestion seems sound.

Thank you for these suggestions. I think the Nissan garage tested the fuses, they had my car for over a week and looked at the easily accessible wiring, but are mystified. I am puzzled by their inability to locate the fault. The wanted to charge me for the investigation but the manager didn’t charge me because he felt he let me down (which they have). I will try your suggestions, if these prove difficult, I wonder if theres a way to install a new tail light without re-wiring the whole car. Its a shame its just out of warranty (2014 model).

As I said "Has the taillight itself been tested to confirm it's operational?" - no point in putting a new one in if the existing one is still working. Take it out and plug it in using the other side's supply
