Purchasing a 2009 2.0 DCI
Hi all new to the forum, ive looked at several QashQai's but this 20 DCI is a firm favorite, it has the all the toys Pano roof .. leather ... cruise .. rain sensors etc , the only thing putting me off is engine vibration when cold, it vibrates through the seats, this is the only 2.0DCI i have found so is this the norm, she has 103000 miles ish .. were in kilometers so thats 166k,also any issues i should be aware of please.
My wifes just bought a 79,000 mile 58 plate (07-08) 2.0L DCI and has no vibration what so ever and it runs really well !
I've had a quick flick through a couple of forums me other than the dpf clogging up if used for short journeys I can't find a lot else , from what the wife read they have a cam chain not a belt and it should be good for 150,000 miles but not sure I'd want to go that far , the engine seems sweet so far with good power .
Can anyone more knowledgeable confirm the above ^^^ please ?
